Donnell J Shaw for over thirty-plus years worked with the Washington Convention Center Authority working on projects that included building for concerts, stage plays and other major events in D.C., as a result, he saw a possibility to contribute to the development of artists to continue in the tradition of great entertainment. He began to put together a team to produce and manage artists. Along with long-time friend and associates Tony Brown (Artist Development) and Adiyb Muhammad (Stage/Film Producer/Actor/ Director) The company Donnell J Shaw & Associates was born.

Adiyb Muhammad is an accomplished singer, best-selling author, actor, producer, cinema director, film distribution executive, speaker, and serial entrepreneur. Appearing on TVONE, BET, Netflix, and Amazon in various independent films. Adiyb’s considered as one of America's Premier Experts in production by Celebrity Press. The 2016 best-seller “Masters of Success” speaks of his philosophy of “Creating the Current” his personal strategy for experiencing success in any area you wish to pursue in life as validated by his own documented results. He helps artists in his acting and life coaching sessions. His mantra is “ Mindset and Talent Create Unlimited Possibilities ” He brings the opportunity for artists to transition from performance to theatre, film & tv projects.

Tony Brown is the head of artist development, his extensive experience as both a phenomenal artist manager and singer-performer in his own right contributes to what he brings to the DJShaw & Associates team. He has worked with artists to give polished and professional performances at the historic Blues Alley in D.C., The Birchmere in Alexandria VA as well as popular venues across the country. A true force in artist development and performance. Tony has the skills and heart to bring an artist to the promised land.
TRMCasting & Media Tomika McDougald
Tomika is no stranger to the television, film, production, and music industry. As the CEO of Ginger Snaps & Purple Tea, an open platform venue for unsigned artists and creatives.
Tomika has always had a passion for helping others and creating avenues to take their career to the next level. In addition to Ginger Snaps, she spearheads TRM Casting & Media, a one-stop shop boutique for all non-union actors and production gurus. Working behind the scenes for various networks such as BET, VH1, FUSE, C-SPAN, and OWN, to name a few, to standing in front of the camera as an actress for short films and sitcoms, Tomika has proven that there aren’t any limits when it comes to following your passion and doing what you love. She is currently a Casting Assistant with The Casting Society of New York/LA and is producing, writing, directing, and lending her talents to various projects throughout the East and West Coasts. During an interview with TKK Radio, Tomika was asked what her purpose is in life and she simply replied, “to be a blessing to others and to always remember that I am the answer to someone else’s prayers”. As one of the newcomers to the Donnell Shaw & Associates family, Tomika is making strides in this industry and continues to open doors for others along the way.
